Question: Can I do these workouts from home / What equipment is needed?

Answer: The workouts included in the FF30X Program series (Phase #1 - #4) can all be done at home, within a small area, with just a set of dumbbells or kettlebells. 

The workouts have been specifically designed to be simple, safe, short, and effective. They are based on a mix of Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT), strength training and HIIT cardio.

Note: Some of the exercises can utilize other equipment, such as barbells, suspension trainers, and weight benches, but are not necessary for the core program series.
