How is the FF30X program delivered? Do I get hard copies?

Question: How is FF30X delivered? Do I need to have DVDs or books shipped to me?


One really powerful feature about the Fit Father 30X program is that it's actually delivered instantly after you join the program through a private member's area that we created for you.

Immediately after you join, we send you your login details to the private member's only website that hosts all your workout videos, tracking templates, meal plans, and accountability check-ins. You can access all that from any computer, laptop, or smartphone... and download/print everything you want hard copies of.

Although we like hard copies of things ourselves, we chose to deliver the program this way for a few advantages:

1) We can dynamically update the content (as we add new recipes, updated videos, new tips, etc). There is constantly new research coming out and we stay 100% on top of things. With hard copy books/DVDs, it's impossible to dynamically update them like we can with our online system.

2) Another thing that makes FF30X better than DVDs/books is that we send you all the follow-up accountability emails to ensure you stay on track with the program. There is no need to print any of the emails. You simply reply to me and my team during your check-ins.

3) Yes, you will receive daily accountability check-in emails when you tell us your official "start date" for the program. Whether or not you reply back to us/interact with the emails is totally up to you. We just include them with the program, because we've learned how incredibly important accountability is for success after having helped thousands of guys through the program. 

The only part of the program that you may actually want to print is the Fit Father Meal Plan itself. That's around 80 pages with all the recipes and grocery shopping lists. A lot of guys simply print that out. Other guys just keep it saved on their computer, phone, or laptop so they can reference it on the go/during travel. It's very user-friendly in that respect.
