Apex10 Variations Without Weights
Even though the Apex10 workout was designed to use either kettle bells or dumbbells, you can still receive a great metabolic, fat-burning workout using resistance bands or a sandbag instead. Resistance bands even offer a unique benefit of creating tension throughout the entire movement, while the shifting weight from sand can cause even greater core activation.
