Where do I go after OSM3?

Question:

I have just completed OSM3. What program do I do next?

Short Answer:

Congratulations on finishing OSM3! Where to head next really depends on your current goal. If looking to continue building muscle, staying on the OSM track makes the most sense; if looking to shed some body-fat and cut a little, switching over to FF30X is the right answer. Read on for more info.

Longer Answer:

Continue Building Muscle

Consider starting back from OSM1 but with a few new twists: 1. Perform the routine every-other-day instead of 3x/week to help squeeze in more overall volume. 2. Add in a 2nd lower-body movement to all routines. 3. Start with four sets per movement, instead of three.

An added perk to switching back to OSM1 is that you have not done full-body training in quite some time so the "new" protocol may help yield even more results!

Cut Body-Fat

Sometimes with growth programs, we unintentionally accumulate a little more body-fat than we'd prefer so temporarily switching over to FF30X is the logical choice. FF30X was designed to help shed body-fat through delayed eating plans, intermittent fasting, carb-controlled/timed meals, and metabolic lifting routines. Consider switching over for 30 days and then reevaluating where you stand after that time. You can either continue down the FF30X path if removing additional fat is still necessary, or jump back over to the OSM track to resume your heavier lifting.
