Short Answer:
The majority of FF30X (MRT) routines can be completed with 2 Dumbbells or Kettlebells. However, if wanting to integrate more of the strength routines, working through Old School Muscle, or simply want to build/expand your home gym, take a look at some of our favorite equipment pieces below.
