Consistent, predictable weight loss requires eating in a calorie deficit (consuming fewer calories than we burn each day). This first calculator we created for you below actually calculates your ideal calorie intake to achieve a rate of 2-4lbs of weight loss per week (ideal rate).
Because this is a public calculator, you will need to go to File -> Make A Copy to create your own editable version of this calculator as our master file is not editable.
