SuperFuel Shake Recipe Modifications For Women
Here are the modified SuperFuel Fat Burning shake recipes for women; we recommend that women use the following fat-burning shake recipes and NOT the muscle-building shake recipes as those are intentionally higher in carbs. All of the changes from the original recipe are bolded and italicized below.
Vanilla Berry Blast Fat Burner:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup of organic mixed berries (frozen)
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon MCT Oil*
- Add ice to increase shake thickness
- 3 drops of liquid stevia
Pumpkin Spice Fat Destroyer Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon*
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon of MCT Oil
- Add ice to increase shake thickness
- 3 drops of liquid stevia
Chocolate Chip Fat Burner Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ frozen banana (medium size)
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Add ice to increase shake thickness
- 3 drops of liquid stevia
Pure Vanilla Bliss Fat Burner Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (no sugar added)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon MCT Oil*

- 4 drops of liquid stevia
Raspberry Vanilla Fat Burner Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2/3 cup organic raspberries (frozen)
- 1/4 frozen banana (medium)
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Coffee Lovers Fat Burner Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 frozen banana (medium)

- 1 cup crewed coffee (fresh or cold-brew)
- 1 tablespoon of non-fat cacao
- 1/2 tablespoon of MCT oil

Cinnamon Roll Fat Burner Shake:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
- 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ frozen banana (medium size)
